Awful place to live. Do not sign a lease you will regret it. Laundry is disgusting, expensive and will double charge you sometimes. Management is horrible and rude and sometimes will not get back to you for over a week. There is constant water shut offs that last all day and they will only give you a notice the night before. Maintenance takes a long time to finish a job and will leave a nice big mess for you to clean up. It is freezing in the winters so heat really isn’t included. i could go on

Terrible place to live. They are rude and disrespectful to their tenants they constantly do water shut offs lasting all day and don't give much notice at all (usually late the night before). The place is not well kept, most things break frequently, they don't care to fix anything very quick OR fix anything properly, and will sometimes not return your phone calls for days to weeks. I know a couple others renting here and feel the same way and are completely regretting signing a lease here.
