Staff doesn’t know how to count, or they miscount intentionally, and then suddenly don’t understand English when asked about it. Service is very bad.

The management of this depot actively direct their staff to under value returns and lose tally sheets. Customers beware.

Fast, quick and glad to go to, over most depots in Calgary NW - maybe encourage staff to smile once in awhile. Over all 4 stars

Great service, always reliable. I've come in a few times and have always been satisfied.

I have gone in several times once with two equal bags and got 4.80 went home to get two of the same equal bags and decided to count them I got 14.80 the guy gave a little over 8. In all I lost over 10 dollars with them. Next I counted them again and told him I knew what was there still skimmed a dollar off.
