I needed carpet in a huge hurry and called Tony at Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring. He came out very quickly with samples and was professional, friendly and very helpful. The installers were excellent, Mustafa was very accommodating and saw to it that the job was done correctly and his helper was very good as well. They told me it could take 2 days, it took part of 1 day. It looks great and I am very happy with it. What I thought would take weeks took a matter of days and I am extremely thankful. T

I have been dealing with Deerfoot carpet for the past 12 years I have dealt with Corrine who is amazing. She is kind, professional and knows the products. I have also dealt with Corrine’s assistant Jason who is equally as amazing. Ilker and Peter, the installers have done beautiful flooring and tile work in my home. I would definitely recommend Deerfoot flooring. I will definitely be using them again in the future

Poor quality. Rep changed mind on Return Policy

There were many pleasant sales reps there, however I was stuck with a rep who I found very condescending, and frankly didn't know that much about tile. Also, I purchased some American Olean tiles (made by Daltile), and found the quality of about 15% of them to be very poor. I was told before I purchased the tiles that if there was any I didn't like I could return for a 25% restocking fee, and if there were any problems with the quality, that I could exchange or be refunded completely as long as it was a full box of tiles. I went to exchange 1 box of tiles I didn't like, and another box that had something wrong with the screening. The image looked like it was smeared across the tile, giving the tile a "blurry" appearance, not at all consistant with the rest of the tiles. However, the sales rep (or the company) changed his mind about what they initially told me and wouldn't exchange the tile. I found this to be dishonest, and there are plenty of other tile distributors out there that will take returns no problem. The discount I got from this company was cancelled out by the extra tiles I had to purchase to replace Daltile's shoddy quality tiles. If I was going to use Daltile again, which is unlikely, I'd probably go to Home Depot, where the price is often just as good, if not better, where they don't mind returning product. In fact, since I install my own flooring, I'd use home depot for flooring over this company any day.
