    I just finished reading the only other review from June 2015. I have to wonder what went wrong for this person. I have been using Kaycan products since fall of 2015. The Customer service team is knowledgeable and helpful, their warehouse guys get you out quick. They always have a bright attitude.

    Poor customer service. Especially From Danielle the head csr. Go with mitten, gentek, you'll get better service.
