Return policy has degraded over time, they push the new membership fee. Deals are no longer that good as they are final sale and cannot be returned. Used to be good but no longer. Not enough selection compared to Altitude Sports, SAIL, Campers Village, MEC or directly from the brand. I can even get a better shipping, return policy directly from Patagonia, North Face or Arcteryx websites!

Great products but terrible customer service. You can't buy things off their site and return it in store, and the return BY MAIL is only 30 days - Even if it's not on sale or final sale. Be careful what you buy...
