buyer beware!!!

some bikes take longer than a 3 minute test drive to figure out if it is the bike for you. (roadbike). I bought a road bike, put three hours on it, brought it back the next day because it was not what I was expecting long distance wise. NO REFUND, beware what ever you buy will not be refunded. I am know looking into further action as this would have never happened with Bow Cycle as they actually have a return policy. Mountain bike city is a joke, stay far away. I wish I could give them Zero stars

Wheely Great Service!!

My wife and I brought in our bikes that had not been serviced in too long. The staff was verfy helpfull and knowledgeable in bringing our bikes up back to life. The risk is that the incredible new bikes are there also. Go home happy.
