I am an out of province visitor to Calgary. Had a problem with my Thule roof rack. Wanted to move the crossbars, but all the locks were frozen. The staff at the 16th Ave.NW store were very friendly and helpful in solving the problem. Great service and highly recommended.

The staff are knowledgable and have exceptional customer service! They installed my roof racks and cargo box quickly, and I could not be any happier! They were very friendly to me and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was unknowingly missing some parts on the used cargo box I was having installed, and they searched their collection for the parts I needed - they even gave me an extra set of keys for it. They truly care about their customers experience!
