Reliable Appliance Service

Called in to fix a broken washing machine on a Friday evening, repair man reset circuit boards. Machine broke again on Saturday morning, no one could be reached on the weekend despite websites claims of 7 day a week service. Messages were not returned. We called them later in the week and were told the part was unavailable anywhere in Alberta, and it would cost $500 to fix. We fixed it ourselves, was just a loose connection. Save your money and look elsewhere for repair service!

Mark was so professional. He set a time and called to confirm he was on his way. He came out twice and gave us the opportunity to find the best price on the part we needed. He then applied the first visit charge to the intallatiion. Incredible service. We highly recommend them

Kenmore Oven not heating

Awesome service - Thank you Marc for the patience and quick service. We have a problem w/Kenmore oven (<3 yrs)that was not heating. I called Reliable appliance service, Marc was over less 1 hr and identified the problem w/ the control board right away. Then he was not able to get the part because the model number was listed - cannot be found. Then he got the part number and got the part and fixed less than 2 hours. Amazing service that my oven downtime was very less than 1 days to fix! Thx

I woke up in the ...

I woke up in the morning and found all my food in my freezer melting. I was able to get these guys to come out the same day and repair it. They were very up front and professional. I really like that they accept debit card payments.
