“A restaurant is a really demanding environment,” says Michelle Chick, owner of Thai Manna. “It didn’t appeal to me, but after all of the positive feedback I had received from friends and family, I realized I had to do something with these Thai kits.”
Available in a variety of sizes and servings, the kits contain all of the ingredients and instructions necessary to make yourself an amazing Thai-style curry in 20 minutes. “Everything is prepared and packaged for you. You just have to throw it together and modify it to your taste.”
What started as Christmas gift boxes for friends turned into a full-time business for Michelle in 2009. “I played with the idea," she recalls. "I dabbled and experimented, and then finally went for it.”
