Our company was hired by G.E.M Pro Inc on behalf of Chapters to complete check out counter refinishing and painting of the staff meeting room at this location. Repairs were completed to satisfaction per signed completion form of the store Manager. It's been nearly 6 months since the project has been completed and we have yet to be paid for said services. Originally, Chapter's regional maintenance manager (Cynthia) advised she would have the payment addressed however, our follow up calls and emails have gone unanswered along with calls, emails and collection inquiries made with G.E.M Pro Inc. (Elizabeth Da Silva).
