The staff is rude and useless at this location. I didn’t have my card on me but got the salon I was working for to call ahead of time to tell them I would come in a pick up a few things. When I got there she acted like the owner never called her and then when I told her she did she asked me if she set anything aside for me. I said no that all I needed to pick up was the temporary color for the salon. She told me she would have to call again at that point it just a waste of time for some color

The phone answer machine need to be on to tell Business and holiday hours. I don't have problems find what I need here. They follow up ordering very well. It is one of the most various beauty supply store for professionals salon and spa only.

Highly recommend spending the extra doe elsewhere! Staff always scandal and very unhelpful and a very unpleasant experience!
