Very disappointed...
Very disappointed in this company. Beware! Poor craftsman ship, they purchased the cheapest materials possible and neglected to finish the project. This company will take your money and run. Owner/ manager has very poor communication skills, will not return your phone calls, text messages or keep you informed regarding progress. He will also make design decisions without your input. This company also will not pull their own permits, which is absolutely rediculios requiring you to do it for them. Contractor took our final installment of $5000 stating he would come back and make final repairs and never did. The $1000 hold back was not enough incentive for this company to come back and complete there work. Basement was never cleaned and at least a dozen garbage bags were left for us to dispose of, on top of having to complete the rest of the work ourselves. Poor workmanship, cheapest materials and poor finishing skills. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!
