Was in Edm.store today. Superb customer service from the ladies up front, then the send you to the warehouse where there is ZERO customer service or even just plain politeness from a guy named Matt. Yelled at me from somewhere in the warehouse, was rude when I asked a question and had to ask 3 times for assistance, which I never did get from him nor the other guy who passed me twice and never offered help. I will never go to the back again; they can bring it up front for me.

The best.... THE BEST.... place for retail fixtures in all of Alberta. My #1 starting place to shop for everything from hangers to shelves to rack. I wish there was one in Red Deer and Calgary!

Not impressed with the service from Faith in Edmonton I play ed an online order with the shipping and delivery addresses listed she looked at a previous order and sent to an old address and therefore I had to drive across the city to pick up my order and when I talked to her on the phone no apology for the mix up not very professional at all
