I love this Salon...

I love this Salon! Since stumbling upon this place, I will never go anywhere else. Chandra and Dana are both amazing stylists, they are a blast to be around and make the entire process so much more then just a standard haircut. They are on top of their techniques, creative, and ask the right questions to make sure you not only get the cut and style you want but also the cut and style you can maintain easily. I bring my daughter here, my hubby, and we all highly recommend this place. It is family friendly and there are magazines on each side table for both fashion and hair trends. Not to mention for the treatment you get, the prices are extremely fair. I can't say enough good things about this Salon, besides see you ladies next month!

Great cut and color by Dana! The staff are friendly and laid back but the services were exceptional. She really knew what color would look best and I loved it and she applied an extra treatment for my dry hair so it came out so soft and shiny. Everything was great and price was reasonable.

Awesome salon and service

This is an excellent salon! The staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is top notch. I made my first appointment on the recommendation of a family member and I have since recommended Lines and Lustre to many friends.

Bad Service

I went to this salon to get my daughters hair done for school, she had a color and clip in foils applied to her hair, the hairstylist was amazing, but while i was waiting with my other three children I had to ask the owner for a magazine there was none to be found also she did not speak one word to me during the duration of our time spent there..... being a new client you would think that she would have been more welcoming..... I have three younger children, two of whom brought their DS to play ( I knew it would be a long wait) my youngest is 20 mos old and a little harder to pcccupy, he eventually knocked over two cans of hairspray which I placed back on the shelf so I took all three of them outside for a walk until my daughter was done..... I loved her hair so I made an appointment for the following week to get mine done, while I was at the end of my appointment the owner (Trish) began to tell people about the lady who brought her whole family in while her daughter was getting her hair done and that they wrecked her salon, WOW how uncomfortable..... Now this salon does not say it is adults only and my husband works away so I need to bring them with me everywhere I go......even while I was getting my hair done she still would not speak to me and made me feel very uncomfortable ( even before she began talking bad about me) I would not recommend this salon to anyone, when I go to get my hair done I want to feel relaxed we are paying for a service and I expect to get top notch...... If she dislikes children that much she should at least make it an adult only salon..... She has lost a client with me and unfortunatly we have six in our family, very well to do and we get our hair done all the time, so to all you mother s beware of thecrazy stylist at Lines and Lustre.....
