Worst customer service EVER !!! Titally do not recommend this registry.

Was there today and ZOE told me she could not mail my birthcertificates to me because i live out of province in kelowna.I was at the desk asking why cant you mail MY personal documents to MY home address?I called 780 427 7013 and the gentleman supervisor said he had NO IDEA WHY SHE DID THAT.HE MADE THE PROPER ADDRESS CORRECTIONS AND WAS SO KIND AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.THANKS HANDEEP ZOE NEEDS PROPER TRAINING!my experience in the registry does not even deserve the one star!

Staff desperately need to be trained on what they actually need to process documents. Ive been trying to get my license changed, and now have to go back for the 4th time because every time I go they tell me I need different paperwork, then they lie about it when asked why I was told otherwise. Overall rude and unprofessional staff.

They are the slowest I have ever seen. I hate this registry
