The people who did the work on our apartment building were good overall and respectful when talking to tenants. The balcony's look good. There is something that should be addressed though. It is the swearing and playing music outside of peoples homes. Not everyone swears or wants to hear it outside of their windows or someone elses music playing. Also some people work shiftwork or work from home or have small children at home. It is just not appropriate.
