A few years ago we made a sudden purchase of a condo. We received the possession while on vacation in Jamaica in February. We spoke to Mario prior to leaving and advised him of our needs to get the basement finished prior our tenants moving in on April 01. We need a bathroom, a bedroom, a utility room and yoga area and a living room in the currently unfinished basement. Mario and his team worked tirelessly to achieve our goals and accommodate our tastes. Mario ensured all work was permitted
