    My wife and I purchased our Canadian Hot Tub in 2016 from them and we have NEVER had any issues.....well until now and....well that was MY fault. I moved one of my pumps over and spang a leak during the -16 late that afternoon. I called over to explain my emergency and the gentleman said he would not leave the store until I had what I needed to fix my Hot Tub! He was extremely generous with his time to make sure his customers are completely satisfied.

    I bought my sunray spa second hand from a friend. It’s over 8 years old and still runs like new. The service department guy was super knowledgeable, a true hot tub enthusiast, and very friendly. He answered all my rookie question happily.

    I have had numerous problems with my hot tub since I hadn't used it for 3 years. Brad and Don were so helpful and walked me through the repair process in a timely manner. They saved me hundreds since I didn't need a service call. I highly recommend Sunray Spas!

    Ordered my hot tub April 2021, I was told 4-6 months. I called end of summer was then told expect it in Dec 2021. I called in Dec was told Expect it Spring 2022. Called today they told me to expect it in the Fall??

    Very good hot tubs. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We are definitely enjoying our purchase of a Sun Ray hot tub. 8 years with no issues.

    Darrel was so helpful with regard to my questions for testing strips for our hot tub - thank you for all of your help! Would totally recommend simply based on the excellent customer service I received!

    I am extremely disappointed with Sunray spas. I put a down payment on a hot tub in February 2021. I was told the earliest it could be ready was June and for sure by late August. I called in July and was told to expect the tub in December, I called again in October to check on progress and was told not to expect it until February 2022. I ask for my money back and the salesman hung up on me. I would not order a tub from this company

    Service manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their products and most other brands. I bought my hot tub used and they have supported me with any issue that has come up.

    Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! They were able to solve the issue I had with my hot tub cover lifter, and had all the parts I needed. Great service!

    The staff is super friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. The store front and warehouse were clean inviting and well organized. I felt the staff listened to my issues and engaged in the conversation. I would definatly reccomend this place for all your hot tub needs.

    Called late on a Saturday about some parts. They said sales could help also on Sunday. went in on Sunday and Darrel was terrific and retrieved all the parts I needed and gave instructions on how to install without damage to myself or the spa. Great service.

    As we approached the coldest days of this winter my pump seal started leaking. I called Sun Ray and they returned my call almost immediately. Don suggested I remove the pump and bring it in and he would repair it within one day. I took it in at 3:30 that afternoon and Don had it repaired for me in 25 minutes! I had the hot tub working before supper and didn't have to face the possibility of a freeze up. Thanks Don and Sun Ray!

    Take your money elsewhere, staff is super friendly up front but once you sign the papers you become non-existent, been waiting for our hot tub for months and still no delivery dates. Staff is extremely rude on the phone.

    Just went in for a couple of filters but left with a lot more knowledge about my tub. I got to talking about my tub with Graham and he had a bunch of little tricks that would prolong the life of the tub and lid. Thanks again Graham and I'm glad to see you guys back on my side of town again.

    We ordered a new hot tub cover in October, and paid for it in full at that time. We were told we would be able to pick it up in 3-5 weeks. After being given the runaround for OVER 6 MONTHS, we finally just lodged a merchant complaint through the credit card company to recover our money. Delays are one thing, but to hold nearly $700 of someone's money without any guarantee of ever getting a product, and then to not return phone calls? Completely unacceptable!

    Hot Tub Fiasco

    Order hot tub lid on November 4, 2016. Contacted many times for updates and always told a few more weeks. January 25 the wrong lid is given. Returned lid on January 27 and owner refused to take the lid back. Owner refused to speak to me and refused to put in writing that if the correct lid was not here by February 3, 2017 that we could return the incorrect lid and get a refund.
