I asked for a refund of a second payment they put through of mine and they told me I had to fly from out of the province to get it. They said they give cash refunds only. They refused to give me s copy of the contract or receipts for payments. This is the worst storage unit on the planet. It is full of spiders, and the door only opens half way. Also, it floods during rainstorms and they did nothing to fix it. They don’t offer insurance, and bill me for 24 hour access after I told them I don’t
