This builder is out of business in Edmonton. Due to their bad reputation, Westview Builders Edmonton office is closed. They provide zero service. They are only interested in handing over a product full of defects (to hand you the new home as soon as they can get away with so that they can get your last payment) and they will tell you everything meets industry standard (which means that whichever standard they would like to use for the day would be the industry standard) if you dear raise any concerns with them. Of course what they hand over to you meets industry standard. Ask them to provide a written industry standard? They won't produce any. Get your lawyer to review the contract before you sign it off to protect yourself.
