Great experience. I needed a rear window for my Equinox as it exploded.
It happened during the coldest day of the year. The staff was able to get my window ordered within a day and had it ready for me 3 hours after I dropped it off. I bring all my vehicles here. Personal and work vehicles. Never disappointed with the service.

Using the mobile service, I just had my windshields done on both my car and my truck and also my wife’s car and they did and amazing job! Tristin and his work partner were a great team and made short work of changing the windshields. The price was right and I didn’t even need to leave the house!! Definitely recommend!!!
I went to have my windshield checked due to a leak, my visit started off poorly and could have escalated but luckily it was quickly turned around for the best customer care I have ever received by a woman named Bev. She was fantastic, friendly, pleasant, funny and understanding. I will most definitely tell ALL my friends and family to go see her for any windshield repairs/replacements. Could not be happier with my experience here. I stopped in with no appointment, and they got me in immediately. In under 30 minutes, my big ugly rock chip was sealed up and barely noticeable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even had free wifi while I waited. The price was competitive, $35. I was given a sheet of clear stickers to pop over any future chips to keep them clean and protected until I could get in for repair. Highly recommend these guys.
Online quote and follow up to book the appointment was great! Call to confirm a couple days ahead was golden. The gentleman that handled me when I dropped my SUV off was nice enough quoted me about an hour, said I would get a call. Left and just over two hours later hadn’t heard from them went and check and my car was already done and in the parking lot. Expressed that I didn’t get a call and he apologized. Rear view mirror was left dirty & finger print smudges on the interior beige cloth.
I just got my second windshield replacement done (on two different cars and years apart) and as usual the service and the repair job were excellently done. The price was very competitive and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The windshield on my present car cracked from a repaired (by Windshield Surgeons) rock chip and they credited the cost of the rock chip repair against the cost of the new windshield as their chip repair warrantee says they will do.
Jumped in my daughters Escape this am... oh my, she needs a new windshield...Lets surprise her. I drove into Windshield Surgeons 9am, Tracey greeted me, told her what I needed, she told me the options, said; we can get it done right now, sale price quoted, wipers explained, agreed on... booked and done in 90 minutes top to bottom! The experience was perfect! Clean, professional, personal, done as explained!

Awesome awesome awesome. I had one my windows smashed out in my vehicle. I called and they had me park my vehicle inside overnight and fixed it early the next day. They even vacuumed out all the glass in my vehicle. BEST price in the city. Will be returning in the future if/when needed. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for friendly, thorough, and just overall amazing customer service COME HERE! These guys are phenomenal I never go anywhere else after coming here years ago. They are accomedating and really go out of their ways to fit you in and give you a great price! You won't be disappointed! I would just like to say that I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the South Side location.
From the start, the front desk staff was excellent catering to all my needs, the location was clean and well kept from the front lobby to shop. The North location wait time was often 2 to 3 hours. Here, 40 minutes. Finally, management noticed I'm hard of walking, and had the door open for me and vehicle pulled up for ease of access. I highly recommend this business. Thank you from Pitbull.
Would give zero stars if i could. Horrible customer service. My car got sent in to get my windshield bindings repair due to a recall. Unfortunately, they crack my windshield in the process (from the interior). They attempted to "fix it" and fill the hole so they drilled hole in my windshield and realized it wasn't possible to fix. I spoke to the manager and he was only able to offer a discount. Why would i pay for a mistake they made? Now moisture is coming through my windshield all the time
I am a repeat customer of Windshield Surgeon South and the service just keeps getting better and better even though it was great to start with. From the initial booking, confirmation phone call to the in-person service, the staff is polite, professional and efficient. Came for a 1:00 p.m. appointment to replace windshield and get new wiper blades and they were done in under an hour. I would highly recommend this branch! Thank you to Terry and Azim.
I bought into their "deal" over a year ago for $30 I would get 2 rock chip repairs and the next windshield would only cost $99. Well living just outside of the city was not always practical to get the chips fixed. So 3 months over the " one year expiration" of the deal I need a new windshield...I expected it would be for $99...I was informed that had expired. I requested that my already invested $30 should at least be deducted. I was wrong! This is not right! With today's consumer protection laws, gift cards do not even have an expiration. Then the clerk said I can call corporate head office and he won't touch my vehicle until I clear this up. So I call and guess what... Leave a message. So do I wait. It's the end of the day on a rare day off of work to do this in the first place. I'm pigeon holed! Not a happy customer!
