I called the other day to get some information on their packages and the girl over the phone was quite rude. I was hesitant to go in but I did anyway and the girl working wasn't friendly either, not sure If it was the same girl or not but I felt very unwelcome. Won't be getting my packages here.

I signed VIP package realizing I jumped the gun as my house hadnt sold in bc yet. I quickly went back to the salon and shared this with the owner. Within 10 days. She wished me luck on my move but didnt cancel the debit to my cc. Following month I see the charge. Apology again stating in store credit until I actual living in AB. Without checking salon freely debited my cc in nov. assuming I lived here. Now salon refuses to give funds back. Unethical practices.
