The past two delivery orders we’ve received have been really disappointing. I’ve been eating from Osho for more than ten years, but recently the food quality has taken a steep decline while the prices have risen. Service on the phone was rude and short, the containers that arrived were squished and messy, the food tasted old and soggy. Will be seeking out a new sushi go-to in Lethbridge from now on.
Very good service and the food was superb. Only down fall was the tempura sauce was week. But that may just be my tastebuds. Very large portions. I would recommend
I love O-sho and eat there often. Everyone enjoyed the food . Don't let the names on the menu shy you away from the sushi or shushami. Everything on the menu is explained in detail and the staff is very knowledgable. I find that the portion size for the price a good match and often finding myself ordering way too much. This is nice so the table can share. I do find the environment very nice and you can choose regular seating or the traditional rooms in the back.

I love the Traditional Rooms, however the screens only give the illusion of privacy (read: voices still echo). I will try not to let the screaming kids affect the outcome, but I wish they had an adult section for those who prefer to eat without hearing the toddler scream about poopy.
The sushi was great, I shoudl have been more adventurous, but when trying a new place, start simple. THe miso soup was just the right size, and Ilove the little dish of sunomono salad.
When the main platter arrived, the tempura was nice and hot and the terriyaki a bit sweet but still wonderful.
I found the chicken yakitory a bit mushy and a bit oily for my taste, also I'm not sure why they threw in fried potatoes next to the terriyaki...they were simply a tastless filler, the pickled garnich had more taste.
Overall, good food, will have to try something else that isn't oily or covered in potatoes on the lounge side next time.

The traditional rooms are fun and give you a real setting of Japan! This is the BEST sushi I've ever tried! Better then Toronto, and Niagara Falls. Also huge portions and reasonable prices. Yummy!
