I am Simon.I purchased products and asked 100 A-miles to employee w/flyer. but missed& knew today.I visited to Sobeys & met her. she said I didnot asked& took Flyer. surely asked this w/flyer to her and took flyer to carter.(check video 12:50/Jun 15). argue point/OK. important point is Safeway& others stores resolve problem(reasonable request) kindly if customer missed. your customer service always intent to blame buyer fault from last few times experience w/no any action. very disappointed.
