Performance Plus

Did the work for 1/3 of what the dealership wanted. Only reason it's not five stars is that we went eight days without a car when it was supposed to take two.

wrong installation

I took my little import car to Performance Plus Muffler with a specific request for a muffler and pipework. Their actual workmanship was good but my complaint is the muffler they installed was not the one I asked for. When I asked them later about it, they said their supplier could not get the Magnaflow muffler I wanted and gave them an alternate. The alternate muffler has larger inlets and less acoustic packing material so probably the sound is a louder than I wanted. The complaint centers arou

Preformance plus is the best place in medicine hat for anything exhast and more. Costomer service is fantastic and the job always gets done profesionaly the first time. You won't find a more honest buisness in town.
