I just had Vince repair my MacBook Pro he did a fantastic job, and upon picking it up he took the time to go everything before returning it to me. I give Vince a 5star review and I would go back to Vince for all future computer issues. Great job Vince!

I took my computer to Central Computer Technologies and he acted very bizarre. He spoke in rapid sentences, paced, ran in and out of the room and kept checking his watch. He gave me a 3 page, convoluted legal contract that stated he was not responsible for any damages/loss of data, that waived my rights to take him to court and if I was unhappy with his work, I was prohibited from sharing the events/thoughts online. When I asked about this clause he asked me to leave. He also questioned my IQ.

I have dealt with Central Computer Technologies on multiple projects now, and have always been happy with the service delivered.

Unfortunately this business charged me $200 for a misdiagnosis and failed data back up. When I tried to contact him regarding these issues, after I had paid, there was no response from text, email or phone. I wrote a detailed review on a prominent search engine and his response attacked me with false accusations in order to discredit my review. His behavior is very childish and unprofessional to an honest paying costumer.
