Asked for a quote for my home in Early Msy. He said he could give me a quote but couldn���t guarantee it would be done before September 30. Really? Say you���re booked or hire more people. How does anybody operate in that manner or expect the client to.

My roof got damaged by the snow squall on Tuesday night and by Friday it was completely repaired by Hank’s Roofing. Upon meeting with Trevor, I immediately saw how much he cared about his work and people. He took the time off his busy schedule to answer his phone and any questions I had. Trevor did a combination flat/gabled roof on my house a few years ago with no problems since. As the entire job was over my available budget, he suggested how it could be done in 3 parts over a couple of years (it was quite a large roof). He explained fully the options of roof drains, shingle style, etc and cut in new vents as needed. His crew was very professional and thorough and finished and cleaned up as agreed upon. He was always readily available pre-job and throughout the job itself.

I would highly recommend Hanks Roofing Ltd. My situation was a DIY gone wrong and only getting worse. I contacted Hanks Roofing on a Sunday morning. Trevor was at my house in an hour to assess situation and a crew on the way. I can't thank this company enough for their expertise, professionalism, compassion and hard work. I called four other local roofing companies in Edmonton looking for some minor repairs. Three of them simply said they did not do repair jobs and the fourth wanted $500 just to come take a look and they would charge materials and labor (past three hours) on top of that. Trevor answered his phone right away and came out for a free estimate the next afternoon. He had the work done the next weekend that the weather would allow for a fair price. He also took before and after pictures. Great Company.

Couldn't have gotten a better contractor. Very fair pricing and cleaned up so well I didn't realize they had been there. I recommend them highly!

They are the best...

They are the best roofing company I have ever hired. They are professional and clean up their mess behind them. They solve a water issue in a new condominium complex that I managed. I had five units that water was coming in from attic vents & the vents had to be replaced with the right ones. I hired them to do my garage roof and they did a wonderful jobs & cleaned up after the job was completed. The owner & his staff are wonderful people. I would rate them the best roofing company yet.
