Did not complete a job despite being paid in full. Installer left with brand new trim we had already paid for. Repeated calls to Vic and he doesn’t return calls, doesn’t answer our calls unless out caller ID is turned off, says a worker is coming but nobody shows up, says he’s coming himself to finish installation and doesn’t show up. Purchased in February and it’s now the end of Sept and it’s not completed!

Really polite and respectful salesman. Easy to talk to, knows what he's doing. Great selection of products. Installation was well done. A few problems with the baseboards and the flooding of the floor, but he was on the ball and we ended up receiving a discount. Quality of the work was great and didn't take too long putting it in either. Overall good place to work with.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

GOOD SALES PERSON - UNTIL IT COMES TO GETTING THE PRODUCT INSTALLED. CONSTANT DELAYS AND MISTAKES. SOME BOARDS SHIFTED AND THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO COME BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. ENDED UP HIRING ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX ALL THE MISTAKES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
