Fabulous hospital.Great medical and support staff...

Disgusting neglect and smiles from nurses as they watch you in pain and make rude comments in the back room. I patienly waited for over 4 hours. After having to come in a second time with an extremely bad sprain and tear in my ligaments. The first doctor told me he would fill out my insurance paper work that covers me from at home incidents such as this that keeps me from working. He didnt do it. The second time i came in. They made it into a joke. Second time. Waites 4 hours neglected ingeneral

It has been two days since my brother has entered the hospital. He is, I am told, in emergency. I have called 4 times and have yet to be given any real information on his condition, or to be able to talk to him. Certainly, there are many more urgent situations than contacting a patient, being put on hold forever is not the answer. Hospitals need to attend to the families as well. Get a better communications system. I live 5 hours drive from NVan.
