Pacific Honda Reception

I bought an insurance with them that was supposed to cover battery replacement and they want to charge me. Not trustful. I will not buy with them again. Careful, customer service used to be amazed 2y ago... now they are rude... vampires who want you $$$$

I don’t have good experiences with Pacific Honda from sells and services. I bought a brand-new car from them which has Oil Dilution, AC and other problems (2018 Honda CR-V Touring). Also, I was charged for a service that was not happened on my car. They offered a discount on the next service as a compensation when I complained. Hard to trust them anymore! For me, Honda is a family car that doesn’t function properly when family needs
