I purchased a pair of, what I thought were, great quality frames & lenses from this location about a year ago. Very pleased with the service initially & the frames and lenses were beautiful. This is the only part of my experience that was good. The frames broke 3 times in the exact same way. Dealing with this location as a result has been horrifying. I have been talked down to, humiliated, & essentially told it was all my fault in a passive aggressive way. Not good at making the customer happy.
