VERY BAD CUSTOMURE SERVICE

I bought my tires from Jim 2 or 3 years ago. No complaint. I recommend my friends to him. One of my friends is going over today to get tires from Jim. We need more independent business owners like Jim in our area. They help keep the cost of living down to a reasonable level. --George

Jim was very helpful when I went to the shop looking for a set of winter tires. He was not pushy and was able to find me a set of tires and rims at a reasonable price. Also, it was a quick order and installation process. Overall I am very satisfied.

BUYER BEWARE

I called to inquire about a set of used rims and tires they had advertised on Craigslist. The first phone call I did get some information and was promptly told that he was busy and would call me back before being hung up on. So after a few days and no return phone call I called back to make sure the tires were still available for me to purchase. This phone call turned into this individual very rudely lecturing me how I was "WASTING" his time with this phone call and I should just come down.
