Disrespectful and rude. Predatory practices.

I am a healthcare worker, and I had spent the night at my boyfriend’s. I clearly displayed the visitors pass on my dash. i got to his place at 8PM and needed to leave by 6:00AM (less than 24hrs) to get to work. I woke up and my car was gone !!! I tried calling them multiple times and no answers. Knowing the Covid-19 crisis going on, and the amount of stress I am facing at work, having my car towed was the absolute last thing I needed. I will not be able to get back to Coquitlam anytime sooner

The rudest people I have ever come across. Extremely unprofessional and unsympathetic. The driver took pictures of my car while I was standing next to it with out my permission. The amount of disrespect their employees have towards people is unfathomable. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
