Waypoint Insurance Crown Isle Plaza

I have dealt with this office twice this in the last 6 months and both times I got no answers to my questions. In fact they directed me anywhere but their office for what I needed, and their office is the only place I could get the answers or papers I needed. I really get pissed off when someone takes my money and when I need the service I have paid for, and paid for many years, they do everything they can to avoid doing anything for me. If I could have given this office zero stars I would have.

Fast and Great service, Knowledgeable bunch of ladies. They are always making sure we have what we need insurance wise. Friendly and efficient, and the always go above and beyond. This office is clean and bright and we are very happy doing our insurance here. Would recommend to everyone to visit the ladies up at Crown Isle!
