Fountain Tire

The service provided by Brad and his team was awesome I had purchased tires and rims however a emergency was developing with a longtime friend in Nanaimo and we may need to travel they stepped up and fitted us so we could travel at a moments notice

Had a horrible experience with a flat tire and was very upset. Their customer service went above and beyond! They were wonderful and helpful and I highly recommend!

Had a flat on a trailer tire at 5:30pm on a Saturday, called for a call out and was told that the service truck needed an oil change, we said we would drive over to the shop and was told no one would be there! APPALLING service at best!!! Just save yourself some grief and take your business elsewhere!
