Elite Metalworks installed the HVAC system in our strata building. Unfortunately, their technician failed to glue the furnace exhaust vent together, putting the building occupants at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. When notified of their shoddy work, they just went silent and refused to respond to our enquiries.
