Always wonderful service, friendly staff and knowledgeable kind physicians. The new lab is fantastic and I couldnt be happier as a client of this medical facility.

I’ve been to the lab at least 10 times over the years, and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. They are open from 8 am to 4 pm, and I’ve never seen them closed for lunch.

Totally agree with "smilesandhugs". Such a negative place. Terrible hours. Snippy, unpleasant front desk staff. Feel like you're a nuisance, simply because you are there.

Terrible hours-lab closes at 3:00 pm with Lab techs taking 1 1/2 hours for lunch break! Long waits to just hand in lab requisition, and then another long wait again to have lab work done! Staff short when asked questions and no-one smiles. Negative heavy vibe too. End up sensing you're an imposition or something.
