I have always had a rather good experience dealing with these guys. Would have been 5 star if one of my laptops wasn’t cleared off but that was really due to me not making it in, in time. Otherwise I don’t have problems dealing with these guys, they are personable, easy to chat with and usually willing to work with you.
Bought what appeared to be a good functioning item from them. Small part of the casing was broken off beforehand didnt think much of it, took pictures of the item before I left. Came back the next day because the entire casing ended up breaking off inside its soft storage. Asked for a full refund, they denied and went from 10% to 25% of the payment for restocking fees, even when shown the pictures from yesterday. Poor service, and doing anything to make a quick buck.
Same as above wouldn't accept status card as picture I'd n wouldn't allow my wife to put in her name...she was rude n talking n laughing with other worker until she felt like dealing with us n then refused to so anything...went down the street n no problem
Worst service ever. My husband has an acct with them and they refused service because his ID was expired. What's worse is they refused me to open an account due to the fact the items were his, however we're married so truly the items are legally ours together. Worst service ever. Not to mention the store was empty so it looked like to me the girl just didn't want to do her job.
