Incredibly unprofessional conduct
Phoned Luigi and chatted with him on a Tuesday. Sounded good. Price was decent. I followed up on a Wednesday to book him and he asked some questions to which I didn't have precise answers. He got frustrated with me, said "Forget it" and hung up. Based on this I can't recommend him for concrete finishing unfortunately. Incredibly poor communication and ultimately completely unacceptable treatment of a customer. I'm very disappointed.
