Sub Standard Service, Terrible Customer Service !!
Don't waste your time with this company. The staff are amateurs especially in the Day spa department. To add the walls are uninsulated and all you can here is staff making a racket in the back. There is no relaxing atmosphere at all. We had valid complaints that the company never responded to. When I asked to speak to the Manager in a very civilized manner her response was banning us from the store and calling shop security! She couldn't care less if we were happy or not.. Recently I have 2 friends that went there without our advice and they both come away very disappointed. The Manager advised we email if we have any complaints, no one bothered to get back to us via this method either
