Such terrible customer service. No attempt to buzz or even try to deliver in any capacity. I’ve been Unable to get my SIM card on the mail. They say no one is home, but I have not gone out since I’m quarantining!!! I redirected to a new address and same thing ! I cannot understand how this issue has not been fixed. I have lost over a week of work since I don’t have a SIM card. I never write reviews but this type of service is unbelievably terrible. Any tips on how to obtain my package?
