We went to her office for the pregnant wife of a relative. As soon as Dr Varasteh learned that the patient is pregnant coming from Europe she paid extra attention to the patient and immediately called her staff to get in touch with a specialist. When she saw the tests and other documents of the patient, she had them copied and sent to the specialist in no time.
She is caring, knowledgeable and professional. That is what I expect from my doctor. No more!
In my idea comments are a bit unfair about her. She is a caring and nice doctor and the good point is that she refers you to a specialist if there is a need. However, her office staff are not professional, but I have not been there for a while now, things might have changed for better.
Having read the other comments, I have to say that I believe Dr. Varasteh is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She paid attention and delved further into some anomalies in my bloodwork that previous doctor's hadn't. However her clinic is poorly run, due to unfriendly, incompetent, abrupt front staff that I would not entrust my health and wellness to.
Appts were consistently 1/2-1 hour behind, they misschedule appointments, screw up referrals, no comprehension of medical terminology.
Unprofessional, Rude and NOT knowledgable. Unorganized office.Staff don't know what they're doing. If you make an appointment make sure to have a whole day off as you wouln't get in less than an hour. Totally unprofessional.
She is the worst. She is always late. I had 2appoiments with her and both time she had to go to the Hospital and no ine from her office called me to let me know she os not in. I had go back home with my 3 minths old son. I would not recomment her to anybody.
She is the worst doctor i've ever seen!She is always busy.You always need to wait at least one hour to be able to see her (even if you have an appointment).I complained to her politely about the delay & she said it seems she cannot be my family doctor.You better learn how to manage your time. She takes on too many patients because of money & she clearly can't manage.She is also not confident even in basic decisions. She wastes your time and specialist time as she has no clue about what she does.
The physician is always busy, she is in a hurry and on top of that she is not confident. She always refers to other specialities for a simple complaint. She accepts only two problems in each visit in order to increase her income regardless our valuable time. I am going to move to more professional care to feel satisfied. I hope this physician will improve her care in the future.
This is the nicest, cleanest clinic I have been to. Ever! The staff are kind, understanding and go out of their way even when there is a language barrier. It is a busy place like any clinic but worth any wait I have found.
