I would not use double h. I took my lawnmower there on a Monday for a simple repair and was told that it would be done by the end of the week. I showed up on the Friday and was told that it wasn't done yet and they would need it for another few days. I showed up on the following Thursday and was told that it hadn't even been looked at and they would need another week. The only explanation provided was they were busy but then proper timeframes so should have been given in the beginning.
