Tropical Pool & Spa continues to be an amazing company to work with. We bought a wood stove from them 3 years ago which they installed for us as well. We absolutely love that purchase and appreciate their advice on changing the location. This year we were in desperate need of assistance to move a hot tub. Tropical Pool & Spa were very professional, efficient, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond ensuring the move went smoothly. They're the best in the business!

I had a very positive experience at Tropical. Staff was great. The financing easy. They even made sure I would have the hot tub installed with enough time to heat it, for my birthday, despite the fact we didn’t give them much notice. Pablito installed it quickly and went over the info with me. Great experience.

Very disappointed with their after warranty customer service. Stainless steel jets were rusting and they couldn't give a rip. Weren't willing to provide any assistance with approaching Beachcomber. Real stainless doesn't rust!!
