I went in to buy a new pair of prescription glasses and Sunny was a great help; he was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on my needs. SNV mainly stocks higher end fashion frames but I was moreso looking for middle of the range frames. Regardless, I felt like a valued customer and had a positive purchasing experience. I spent $700 in the optical store in July , 2013. It was only few months later, the side of the screw came off and the tiny ring that attached to the screw is missing. I went back and ask for help to fix it. However, the store manager named Sunny said he needs to order the parts from the manufacture and that I have to pay for the $150+ DHL delivery charge and he will pay for half of the DHL fee, which means I have to pay $50 for the screw and the tiny ring. This makes totally no sense to me.
