Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

Had an excellent experience with this company. Great phone service, they said someone would be over in about an hour and an half, and the technician came right on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to clear our storm drains and solder on new taps to replace our leaky 45 year old ones as I had requested on the phone, all for a reasonable price. Overall great service - would definitely recommend.
