I phoned Rona Salmon Arm about a product from their website. 3 times the lady who answered tried to put me through to customer service. She also tried to look it up with no success but said they could probably order it in. When asked when it would arrive she said she would have to check with customer service. On the 4th try, I got through to a man who was rather abrupt and kept cursing the website and his system as he searched for the product. He finally told me just to go to Vernon for it!
