Worst customer service

Absolutely terrible. I wasted thousands of dollars with this place. Carpet is wearing in 3 years despite having a supposed 20 year warranty. Refuse to send a rep from the carpet company. Carpet started to bubble up, had to fight to get them back to re-stretch the carpet for the second time. They actually wanted to charge my to redo it and found out I have some recycled underlay that has had all sorts of issues. Employee came to my house and walked through the entire house with his shoes on.

Great service and friendly professional staffs...

I had my hardwood flooring installed through them. I got really good quality product and in discounted rate. Staffs were very friendly in the store, installer were professional and did the job very well. I will recommend them to anyone I know.
