Poor Customer service.
Read their terms carefully! I booked with them and gave them a $300 deposit over the phone. They told me I can cancel with more than 48 hours notice. As more of my group backed out, I called to cancel. The manager became very unprofessional and condescending. He claimed to have sent me an email of terms, which he didn't. He sent me various emails after and rec'd them all. He is not giving my deposit back. The way he was arguing, something seems shady. I would not return.
