Great customer service. Vehicle was in top notch condition. Staff were very professional and considerate. A very efficient and no problem process overall. I recommend them highly!

Didn't hold my reservation.

Reserved 3 mths in advance with Riz Rent a Car on Robson & they confirmed by email. The week before the rental period I called in 20 times to confirm, mostly busy signals/the guy was out of office & said I should call back. At last he said he couldn't find my booking and he'd call back. Then, the evening before I was to pick up the car, he emailed they overbooked & had no car for me. I replied, upset, & he said he'd find an another solution & let me know shortly, but I never heard back.
